At Doc’s, you can let your imagination run wild! Choose from over 100 fresh ingredients to create your own sandwich or salad. If you like your creation, you can fill out one of our create-your-own cards so we can save your recipe in our POS system. Then, every time you come back to visit, you can order your very own sandwich or salad again and again!

On our menu you will find Signature Sandwiches that you can choose from if you don’t feel inclined to invent your own creation. The Signature Sandwiches were all created by other customers and we picked them because they have been customer favorites.

FUN SANDWICH FACT

In 1762 a reporter in England wrote about John Montague, the fourth Earl of Sandwich, who would gamble for long hours. The only sustenance he requested was spirits, water, bread, cheese and meat. As he continued to play with one hand, he put the meat and cheese between slices of bread and held them in his non-playing hand. Others began to order “the same as Sandwich!”
